Our Origins
O.R. Services Limited (“ORSL”) was established in 2007 to manage and operate the retail arm of FOCOL Holdings Limited (“the Parent”), overseeing a network of fuel service stations across New Providence and supporting the Parent’s commitment to safe, reliable energy distribution.
Strategic Consolidation
On October 1, 2021, Convenience Retailing Limited (“CRL”) was incorporated following the Parent’s approval of the consolidation of two wholly owned subsidiaries, ORSL and Sun Services Limited (“SSL”). Through this strategic realignment, CRL assumed responsibility for all retail service station operations previously managed by ORSL, together with the retail service station assets and properties formerly held by SSL. CRL eventually assumed responsibility for the finance and operational management of retailing activities on Grand Bahama.
Today's Operations
Guided by the FOCOL Group’s core principles of safety, operational discipline, and service excellence, CRL delivers reliable access to high-quality fuel products for motorists, commercial customers, and communities across its operating markets. In addition to day-to-day retail operations, CRL focuses on continuous improvement in site performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency, supporting the Group’s broader objectives of sustainability, reliability, and long-term value creation.
